buy a big chunk of groud beef, pour in ketchup, mustard, two eggs, chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, and bread crumbs are optional. mix it all together (you must use your hands or it's not the right mixture) and form it in a pan like a big loaf. Squirt ketchup on the top and bake it a 450 for like 45 minutes to an hour or so, remove, slice, serve. Sorry about not having measurments or anything like that, my mom taught me and she never measured anything, it's just kinda a gut feeling. Good Luck.

a meatloaf dont really have any special recipie. as long as u have ground meat and a few eggs usually one egg per pound of meat. You can use crackers, oatmeal, bread, seasonings of ur choice, ketchup or bbq sauce, cheese if u like, there really isnt any rules to meatloaf. You can even add viggies if u really want to. Dotn forget to bake it at about 350 degress for 45-60 min. or until well done all the way thro.
I am an American and I certainly have made meatloaf enough times, so here goes:

Mix together 2/3 pound ground beef with 1/3 pound ground pork.
Add a cup of plain breadcrumbs or cracker crumbs, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove crushed garlic, a little diced onion if you like, 1/2 cup of ketchup, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce if you have it on hand. Grease a loaf pan lightly and pat meat mixture into the pan. Add a thin layer of ketchup to the top of the meatloaf, and bake it at 350 degrees for about an hour. Remove from oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.

I'm not sure if this is an AMERICAN meatloaf, but it's the only kind I've ever heard of. At any rate, it's tasty either hot or cold.
Hamburger
Stuffing Mix and flavor packet
Eggs
mustard
salt/pepper
Ketchup
Use enough eggs to make the meat and dry ingredients moist, add mustard and salt and pepper.Mold into loaf, put in covered pan with 1 inch of water in bottom. Cook at 350, approximately 20-25 minutes per pound. For last 10 minutes cook uncovered after coating top of meatloaf with ketchup.
I am not sure what you mean by American meat loaf? But this is an old family meat loaf. I don't even know how much ground beef I purchase because I go by looks..(Silly huh) I want to say about 2.50 to3 pounds. Add 2 eggs and mix together. I grate 1 large onion and add that. Some people also add pork saugage, but my family doesn't care for it. Add bread crumbs or stale white bread pieces until the loaf sticks together. Don't add too much or it will be dry. Form it into a loaf. Add salt, pepper and I add some garlic salt too. Then cover it with a can of tomato sauce. I use a butter knife and poke the top of the loaf. That way some the sauce goes inside too. Cook at 300 to 325 degrees until cooked. You can tell if cut the loaf in half and check it for doneness.
This is how I make it
1-1 1/2 lb ground meat
1 small can of mushrooms drained
2 cup crushed corn flakes
1 egg
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced onion
dash salt and pepper
1 T parsley
1 T garlic
1 large can stewed tomatoes
mix up well with your hands. If super messy add more cornflakes or bread

form loafs put some catsup on top and bake 350. for 30 min or until done.
1 lb. ground beef (sirloin is best)
2-3 pieces of white bread,crumbled
2 eggs
1/2 onion, minced
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
2-3 dashes tabasco

Sauce for the top
Mix 4 tbsp ketchup
1/4 tsp mustard
pinch brown sugar

In a large bowl mix all ingredients. I like to use my hands to mix it really well. Press into a loaf pan or 8x10 baking pan. Spread the sauce evenly over the top to glaze. Bake on 350 degrees F covered for 20 minutes amd uncovered for 10 minutes or until firm and a toothpick comes out clean and juices run clear.

Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans with bacon.
Sorry, but it's "does"

I don't know the recipe, but my mom and dad make the absolute best meatloaf in existence. They add some seasoning such as garlic salt, etc. and bread crumbs with a few eggs and occasionally some veggies like green pepper and onion with meat and mix it up by hand. Then it is fashioned into a loaf shape on a huge pan and baked at about 375 I think. I never cooked meat loaf, but don't get me wrong I love to cook.
first find two young Americans ages between 4 and 8 years old grind them up add egg add bread crumbs bake for 1 hour at 350 and you have lunch
this is my own meatloaf recipe and everyone loves it.

I mix ground beef with diced tomatoes, green pepper, onions, green olives, oatmeal, crackers, and egg, ketchup, worchester sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, and I use some cajun spice and chili powder in mine and then put it in a baking pan and top it with ketchup or tomato sauce..and then I put it in the oven for about 30 minutes.

I don't use exact measurements I just sort of eyeball it and put as much or as little as I want.
