Ok I've been on the sites and read the reviews but.?

can anyone tell me What IS the hottest chilli/pepper that you can buy and also the best sauce? And where is the best place to get it? xxxx

Answers:
Habanero - Scotch bonnet. An Afghani friend told me that the secret is in the way you cut a chilli and this seems to be the case. Cut some straight across and they are not very hot, cut them diagonally and they are fiery. This is not a myth, I've tried it. A British Indian presented me with a salad which included raw Kenyan chilli peppers. He said they weren't hot. I cut one in half, cut that half straight through and asked him to try it. I then cut the other half diagonally and asked him to try it. He had to admit that the second was much hotter.
Don't ask me why?
Scotch Bonnet, you can buy them in sainsburys, or ethnic grocers.perhaps Tescos also
Naga Jolokia peppers are the highest natural peppers on the Scoville scale (the measure of "hotness"). They can be found primarily in India.
