Hope these help, they are delicious
Yeah a tip, just make sure you stir and fry!
To quote Richard from this years BB, "Grilled aubergines, I love grill aubergines". I hope that helps.

Good luck with the meal ;)
Keep your wok really hot, and cook the vegetables and the meat separately, and combine them at the end. Make sure you are frying the food, not stewing it.
Tips, always have a hot wok and use good oils, if doing a chinese stir fry, use sesame oil or peanut oil as the flavour is great. Also, have everything prepared in advance of putting the wok on, as no time to chop things while cooking.as for recipies, I just chop all veg and meat and stir fry with noodles or rice, simple ingredients unspoiled by sauces etc, justa little soy sauce to finish
PIck up some chicken (or beef if you prefer) and cut it into thin strips. Bean sprouts, carrot, water chesnuts, mushrooms.

Fry the chicken til its cooked, add the veg for 3 mins more til it starts to reduce a tiny bit, cove rin soy sauce, and eat away. I personally prefer rice, but noodles work with it too. Just cook them, and in the last minute put the rice/noodles in the wok and mix it all together.
Stir fry is so easy. Find a sauce you like, there are many to choose from. From sweet to hot.
Choose a meat you prefer, chicken, steak, pork or seafood.
There are many different oils to start with also.
And pick the veggies you like, you can cut up fresh or go to the frozen food aisle and find a bag of what you prefer.
If you have a Wok, great. If not you'll be fine with a large skillet or even an electric skillet.
Cut the meat up into small chunks while you are heating the oil in your pan. Wait until it is nice and hot and add your meat, when it appears to be almost done, add your veggies.
Add your sauce in an amount you prefer.
In the meantime you should be preparing your rice.
Good Eats!
why look on here.check out a stir fry recipe website.you will get loads of ideas.enjoy
Use water to cool if it it is getting too hot, not more oil.
If you are making stir fried rice, make sure it is cooked and cooled before using.
Before cooking the meat first and onions make sure the oil (groundnut or sesame only) is smoking before cooking.
Pre-prepare all ingredients before hand as after the meat and onions are 5 mins away from being cooked the veg only take 5 mins tops. All things should be of the same size.
baby corn, baby asparagus, sliced lengthways.
mangetout sliced, peppers yellow, red and orange sliced.
garlic crushed.
marinate salmon in teryaki sauce, about 5 tablespoons (supermarket) for about 30mins in fridge.
A REALLY HOT WOK OR PAN
fry off the garlic throw in everything else, keep it moving in the wok all the time, a glass of white wine, boil it off, add some egg noodles, and chowmein cooking sauce (supermarket) and cook for further 3 minutes.
Take salmon from the fridge and put on a plate with a plate on top, cook for 3minutes each side. in the microwave, or grill

YUM< I'm gonna have to have that for dinner now!
Don't use olive oil, as it burns at high temperatures.
Try this and he'll go crazy.
Buy some crab sticks or even better, you get this shredded crab meat ( like noodles)
Just add this to your standard stir fry - You will keep him guessing
and The carb meat may heighten his .
Hi, i have made a good stir fry loads of times just by popping down to my local supermarket, they have a wide selection of stir fry vegetables, sauces and different meats to put in it, so just go down to your local supermarket and see what they have, its cheaper and quicker to make and sure to impress. Hope this helps.
cut chicken fillets (skinless) into strips. Fy until browned
Add stripped green red and yellow pepppers, red onion cut into wedges and some dried chilli flakes or fresh if you prefer.
Serve with rice

I know this recipe is not authentic but it is excellent and v tasty.

Rules for a good stir fry
use oils that do not flavour foods - olive oil is a v good choice
get the wok extremely hot before you start - it should sizzle like mad when you drop some food or water into it.

good luck
I can answer that for you but when I do my stir fry I add mutiple items to my stir fry if you want to know what I put in it

(I put some noodles) and some extra in my stir fry makes it delicious
Tip: A smidge of toasted sesame oil to any stir-fry makes it taste and smell like a Chinese restaurant made it (authentic!)

Fried Rice with Ham
Serves 4.

3 large eggs, lightly beaten w/ 2 tsp. waer
2 Tbsp vegetable oil, divided
½ tsp. toasted sesame oil
Coarse salt to taste
4 green onions, thinly sliced diagonally (both white and green parts)
4 garlic cloves, minced
5 oz. ham, thinly sliced and chopped (can use cooked chicken, pork, or shrimp as well)
4 cups cold cooked rice
3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 cup frozen peas, thawed

In a large nonstick skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. oil, swirling to coat. Beat eggs, with 2 tsp. water and ½ tsp. coarse salt. Cook in skillet, moving cooked eggs aside gently to allow raw eggs to run in their place, about 2 minutes. Transfer to plate; when cool enough to handle, cut into strips.

In same skillet, heat remaining Tbsp. vegetable oil and sesame oil. Add garlic and scallions, heat and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add ham and rice, season with salt, and cook until very hot, stirring often, about 5 minutes. Add vinegar, peas, and eggs, cook until very hot, about 2 minutes.
you cant go wrong with this recipe:
1. heat some olive or toasted sesame oil (much nicer) in your wok get it to a really high temperature
2. slice about 400g chicken into stips or chunks
3. fry the off in the hot oil until they are well cooked
4. chop an onion finely and some peppers and carrots into strips and add them to the chicken
5. saute them until they are soft and tender
6. get about 150 ml of water and in 50ml of it put about one spoon of cornflour in
7. make it into a smooth paste and then add it to the rest of the water with a chicken stock
8. add it to your chicken and vegetables and let the stock the dissolve
9. add about 2tbsp of soy sauce
10. at the last two minutes or so add some beansprouts if desired
11. boil some noodles in a pan and when they are cooked add them to the chicken and vegetables and mix well together
12. it is now ready to serve

i hope that recipe is good for you i used it the other day wheni made it and it was delicious!
good luck :)
