Ok then - Lets have it then - What is the best Curry? Dont care which you pick cos I can cook any of them authentically!!

Thai cos they use a lot of coconut milk,My stepmother is Thai she made the nicest fish curry ever.And they also make a mean Penang curry too.
Having said that I'm also quite partial to a Lamb Rogan Josh. [indian]

Has to be cooked by a real Gurkha too.
indian chicken chilli balti .nice flavour with corriander and lemon to enhance,a must .

I like Chicken Vindaloo but recently take-aways have gone down-hill but I do have one thats passable.
If you can find a very good Indian chef, then an Indian Madras curry is the best. Followed by a Thai green curry. and in third place a Japanese Curry Rice dish (popular with Japanese school kids!)
i just love chicken bhuna.
