Otherwise, cold chicken, roasted peppers & muenster is also great. Sandwiches. I could go on & on. *sigh*
Chicken tikka, salmon, chicken and sweetcorn, marmite.
You can use pesto sauce and make some sandwiches with it. Another option would be - take some red onion, tomato and cucumber, chop them (not too fine, just ok) mix them with some mayo and apply it on ur bread. It doesn't have meat.but tastes yummy!! You can also use some black pepper on it and it tastes great.

scrape boiled carrot/beetroot mix it with buter, add pepper, salt and green chillies to taste.
Also try scraped cheese with little bit capsicum cut in small pieces.

A white cheese such as Cheshire or White Stilton, with cranberry sauce or mango chutney is good. and so is egg, mayo and chopped red onion. there are some other good-looking suggestions here I shall try too!

There are many possible fillings for a savory sandwich, including bacon, turkey, alfalfa sprouts, spinach, pastrami, corned beef, pickles, tongue, fried clams, fried fish, ham, olives, cheddar cheese, tuna, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.

Sweet sandwiches typically include a combination of peanut butter, honey, or jam.

Why not try something like a grilled chicken pita? You can purchase the pita bread at just about any market. Here is one that I really like:

1 grilled chicken breast (chopped)
1 Roma Tomato (or your tomato of choice)
1/4 Cup of shredded lettuce
1/8 Cup of your favorite cheese (I like Parmesan for this)
1 Slice of Red Onion
1/4 Cup of seedless grapes cut in half
2 Tbsp. of Kraft Free Italian Dressing (or regular if your not watching your weight)

Cut the pita in half and stuff with the above ingredients. Top with dressing and serve with a side of fruit or chips.

It's really good, and it's quicker to make than it sounds. :o)
I have a recipe inspired by the Subway Steak Chipotle Sandwich, Take a submarine roll, or an ordinary roll and some cheese squares, slice them into triangles and arrange them on your roll, next slice up some lettuce, cucumber and tomato and place that on the roll, next shred up some fried minute steak or some thin roast beef and pop in the microwave with a splattering of water on top for 45 seconds, place onto the sandwich, slice some black olives in half and place on top of the beef/steak and finish off with a squirt of Hellmanns Burger Sauce, believe me this stuff is the closest I've came to getting real chipotle southwestern sauce, close the sandwich up and enjoy!
If you're going to be eating at home or someplace with access to a real kitchen; this one is yummy:

1)Mix some pesto sauce with some mayo
2)Toast some bread (Whatever you like; but sourdough is best)
3)Slice some tomatoes
4)Get some sliced mozzarella

Assemble. Tastes even better if the mozzarella is melted.
