Never heard of it! If it is for cooking just boil the alcohol away.

I don't think such a thing exists. In fact I am pretty sure it doesn't.
You can take the alcohol out of rum and brandy by flaming it off. This done in most recipes (when the pan flames up) or just boiling it.
