What do you think of Coca-Cola Zero. Is it a match for the sugary stuff?

Does not taste like real coke in the slightest!! but It has less sugar and less calories and when you feel fat it's the only substitute. Need caffeine, it's so unfair! and I don't think we have a better substitute in England

As a general ruled, I don't do diet soda, but Coke Zero isn't so bad tasting and there's not the normal "diet" after-taste.

Coke did it's best with Diet Coke. Best drink on market, but you have to acquire taste for it, just like you do beer.
My opinion is that it's rubbish. It just tastes awful. Diet Coke all the way. The zero stuff is just wrong.

Can't see the point, not very much between zero and diet, never rink the sugary stuff. All over priced, yesterday in supermarket they were selling 2 500ml bottles of coke/diet coke/zero for £1.20, and next to it an offer for 2 2Lt bottles of own brand for .96, brought 4 Lt!

if youthink about it.. most things that say sugar free or don't have much calories use aspartame as a sugar substitute. There are ongoing studies that have sort of shown that it actually is cancer causing. it is quite inconclusive but be careful. you never know.
but in my own opinion, you only live once so who cares. Heh.

Aspartame is by far the worst product on the market. The side effects are henious!
In 1992, the FDA were forced to release a list of 92 side effects associated with Aspartame. Ranging from Head aches to Death.
Do some research into Aspartame, the only websites taht say anything good are owned by the manufacturers or by people who were paid by the manufacturers (eg. Governments). Every independent test has shown it to be little more than Toxic Sludge.
It is NOT an 'Acquired' taste, it is a taste that you become addicted to.
