I just spent six hours looking at black pudding and cottage cheese on the 'world wide web' and guess what WIZE GUY nether of these things exist. All I found was pictures of some 'Black Pounding and Cottageing Cheese' I might have caught gay and I blame you.

either one would play havoc with your alimentary canal if it was the only thing you ate, but at least black pudding tastes good - cottage cheese is harvested from babies nappies (napkins in the USA) and bleached.
You might find that the Yankee for black pudding is blood sausage.
If you forced me to make a choice, I'd have to live on Yorkshire Tarts for the rest of my life because its the only thing you can cook with cottage cheese thats edible. Its edible because it doesn't taste like cottage cheese.
You run it through a seive, add beaten egg, orange and lemon, cinnamon and nutmeg, raisins and honey, you pour it in a sweet pastry case and bake it. It comes out solid like bakewell slice.

COTTAGE CHEESE for sure...try it with blened onion or pineapple or capsicum..i could live on that forever !!
Whatever you do, stay away from the beans and pees. Those things bring people in so much trouble.
