Any simple recipes for tiramasu please?

Answers:
Tiramisu basically includes Mascarpone cheese, raw eggs, sugar, espresso coffee, ladyfingers, liquor and cocoa. Heavy cream is an optional ingredient. The richness and "mouth experience" depends on the quantity of each ingredient, and the care of preparation. This recipe section includes a number of basic recipes, as gleaned from various sources, which are cited whenever possible.
I saw this on Rachel Ray, and it's actually pretty good. Take some vanilla wafers, put them in a sundae glass, put a little coffee on them and top with cool whip.
Not too fancy, but good.
Ingredients (Cake)

CAKE MIX, white, 1 box off the shelf
VEGETABLE OIL SPRAY
WATER, 1-1/3
VEGETABLE OIL, 2 tbs
LARGE EGGS, 3
PURE VANILLA EXTRACT, 1 tsp
Ingredients (Syrup)
HOT WATER, 3/4 cup
INSTANT COFFEE POWDER, 2 tbs
GRANULATED SUGAR, 3 tbs
KAHLUA, 1/4 cup
Ingredients (Topping)
VANILLA YOGURT, 2 cups
CREAM CHEESE, 2 packages (8 oz. each) at room temperature
POWDERED SUGAR, 1/4 cup
UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER, 1 tsp
Directions
Place a rack in the center of the oven and pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly mist a 13 X 9 inch baking pan with vegetable oil spray. Set aside.
Place the cake mix, water, oil, eggs, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
Blend with an electric mixer on low speed for 1 min. Stop the machine and scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Increase the mixer speed to med. and beat 2 min more, scraping the sides down again if needed. The batter should look thick and well blended.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing it out with spatula. Place in the oven.
Bake the cake until golden brown and springs back when lightly pressed with your finger, 32 to 35 min.
Remove the pan from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
Meanwhile, prepare the syrup. Place the hot water, coffee powder, and sugar in a small bowl and stir to combine until the coffee and sugar dissolve. Stir in the coffee liqueur.
Poke holes in the cooled cake with a chopstick or straw and spoon the syrup over the cake so that the syrup can seep down into the holes. Set the cake aside.
Prepare the topping. Place the yogurt, cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl and blend on low for 1 to 2 min. till well combined and thick.
Spread topping over the syrup-soaked cake, using a rubber spatula to spread the topping out to the edges of the cake.
No more then an hour before serving, sift the cocoa powder over the topping so that it covers the top of the cake.
Slice the cake into squares and serve.

1 cup whipped cream
3/4 cup of kalua
12 lady finger sponge bits

dip sponge in kalua
beat cream cheese n icing sugar
layer in glass bowl
put cream on top
sprinkle with choc

For Syrup:
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup strong espresso

For Cream:
12 ounces mascarpone cheese
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons Grand Marnier
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1 1/2 cups heavy cream

16 to 18 ladyfingers
3 ounces chocolate, grated or chopped
Ground cinnamon for dusting
1 teaspoon ground coffee
TO MAKE THE SYRUP: In a small saucepan, heat the water and sugar until thickened. Remove from the heat and add the espresso. Set aside.
TO MAKE THE CREAM: In the bowl of a standing mixer or by hand, cream the mascarpone with the confectioners’ sugar, Grand Marnier, and orange zest. In another bowl, whip the cream to soft peaks and then fold into the softened mascarpone.
TO ASSEMBLE THE TIRAMISU: Break up 4 to 6 ladyfingers and soak them in a third of the syrup. Dip the remaining ladyfingers in the syrup and then rest them on the inside of 4 wineglasses. Dip the ladyfingers just enough to soak up the syrup but not to make them soggy.
Pipe or spoon a third of the cream into the glasses, then add some of the soaked ladyfinger pieces, and a third of the chocolate. Repeat this until you have used all the cream.
Garnish the tiramisu with a dusting of cinnamon and the coffee. Chill for 1 to 2 hours and serve.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup ground coffee beans
1-3/4 cups cold water
1/4 cup Kahlua (coffee-flavored liqueur), divided
1/2 cup (3-1/2 ounces) mascarpone cheese
1 (8-ounce) block fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
24 ladyfingers (2 (3-ounce) packages)
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa, divided

INSTRUCTIONS

Assemble drip coffeemaker according to manufacturer's directions. Place the ground coffee in the coffee filter or filter basket. Add cold water to coffee maker and brew to make 1-1/2 cups. Combine the brewed coffee and 2 tablespoons Kahlua in a shallow dish, and cool.

Combine cheeses in a large bowl. Beat at high speed of a mixer until smooth. Add sugars and 2 tablespoons Kahlua, and beat until well-blended.

Split ladyfingers in half lengthwise.

Quickly dip 24 ladyfinger halves, flat sides down, into coffee mixture; place, dipped sides down, in the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish, slightly overlapping ladyfinger halves. Spread half of cheese mixture over ladyfingers; sprinkle with 1 teaspoon cocoa. Repeat procedure with remaining ladyfinger halves, coffee mixture, cheese mixture, and 1 teaspoon cocoa.

Place 1 toothpick in each corner and 1 in the center of tiramisu (to prevent plastic wrap from sticking to cheese mixture); cover with plastic wrap. Chill 2 hours.
