Apparently Cadburys re-branded Wispa bars and called them Bubbly in 2004 hence the reason you haven't seen Wispa around for ages.
I don't think there's a Wispa Gold equivalent though.
Apparently they don't taste the same from the info I've found on the web. The Bubbly is more light-weight.
Sorry, I think they're gone. They never seemed to be as good as you expected, although I gave them plenty of chances!
