How is the kind of wines that do you preffer.

ahhh Argentinian wines.
They are the best value wines you can get on the market right now. Chilean wines are good, I will give you that, but they are sooo Mainstream now. They no longer represent a "best buy".
Right now you can get the same quality of a Chilean wine for half the price.
So of my favorites are:
Xumek - Malbec
Finca Flichman - Syrah
Don David - Malbec
Don David - Merlot
Micheal Torrino - Torrontes
they all taste of corned beef!
Chilian wine is much better and it comes from near Argentinia,try it you will like it
Since i am from that far-out land (no pun intended) I would say the great wines of the provinces of Mendoza and San Juan. The french and the italians are mesmerized by them.

Malbec. I'm not even going to get specific, but while I agree with the person who said Chilean wines are better.. for Argentinian wines you can still get really good Malbec :)
Try Norton Privada 2003. Had it in a wine club case it's blend of Malbec, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. A really good wine.

I really like the Familia Zuccardi Santa Julia Malbec Reserva 2004 it is a Malbec from Mendoza and it is beautiful and spicy and goes great with things like beef straganoff.
