What is the best food to eat before going to the gym and when should you eat it?

I would have a prawn korma followed by a roast dinner and then some sponge cake with custard. Have it about 4 minutes before going to the gym. You'll feel great

i prefer not to eat because if i do so i will fall asleep and forget about gym..really!byt a friend of mine keeps eating a banana..dont know why..she says it helps.(yeah sure!!)
