What's the difference between sultanas and raisans?

Answers:
Sultanas are made from 'white' grapes and raisins are from 'red' grapes. Also sultanas are generally sweeter and more moist than raisins. There are also currants which are made from a smaller variety of grape and are very small, black and hard. (Yuck - guess which one I prefer!)
Sultanas are yellow raisins, made from white/green grapes. Regular raisins are made from red grapes.
Sultanas is spelt right raisans(sic) ain't.
the spelling, you correctly spelled sultanas, but got raisins wrong
