What is everyones' favourite sandwich filling?

Mine is home-made kebabs with lettuce, cucumber and a dash of ketchup.

mashed potato with lightly saute onions and a lots of grated cheese.
Anything, as long as it has cheese in it!
grated cheese, onion and celery mixed with a tiny ammount of mayonaise.

egg mashed up with tomato and a little mayo and some lettuce.
Don't get me started:

Bacon, lettuce and tomato - but the bacon's gotta be just a little bit crispy and the lettuce has to be fresh, fresh, fresh

Salted avocado in warm tortilla - oh yes, I did just say that

Peanut and banana in toasted bread - just so that the peanut butter melts ever so slightly

Bacon with brown sauce and mayonnaise - the tangy sauce with the creamy sauce, ooh what a combo
thick slice of fresh, Indiana, vine ripe tomato, little bit of mayo, salt, and fresh ground pepper. Mmmmm Mmmm.Think I'll have to go get one.
