Green tea is actually very good for you - in fact it's classed as a "superfood" as it contains a lot of antioxidants believed to help protect against cancers and also help with metabolic processes. Plus it's very refreshing with a squeeze of lemon.

I don't think so, I know a lot of non gays that drink it. I myself don't care for the taste of it. You should put less merit in the concerns of the people who have told you this.
It's not gay, but unless your a girl some see it as a bit different, like when David Beckham wore a sarong.etc! Like I use moisturising cream, but some guys I've know think that's a bit gay..but we aren't hurting anyone..so drink up ;-)

green tea is not a gay drink, its more of a respectable health drink, green tea contains a natural antioxident, and in asian cultures, green tea is given after eating oily foods to soothe the stomach. just don't drink it with a pinky in the air. So if anyone asks which one would rarely, say its for a healthy choice, plus i'm 23, bisexual, and i got gay-dar take the advice of someone who actually knows what gay guys drink.
God help us all if it is. I do not like normal tea so i usually drink coffee, i was introduced to Chamomile and peppermint, and so i have been trying other types as i do enjoy a change. I am 27 and a straight female, if i were you i would just put it down to the inferiority complex, you are doing something different and against the norm in that particular social element(work) and like a lot of people they do not get peoples differences. Keep drinking it eventually you will see they will join in.

ask them why they're using the word 'gay' as a derogatory term.. perhaps they're closet homosexuals and trying to distract from their obvious latent homosexual tendencies. i guess those are the guys who get all huggy and matey when drunk, and spend a little too long in the showers after footy.
