Almond Tea
Not just almond, but lemon and vanilla too.
INGREDIENTS:
4 tea bags
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups water
PREPARATION:
Steep the tea and lemon zest together in boiling water for 4 minutes. Stir in the sugar, lemon juice, almond and vanilla flavourings.

On soaps all they do is drink tea, my gran tells me grandad has specific tea drinking times!
It only solves my problems if it is a big mug and i have a biscuit to dunk or a bit of cake to go with it. Or a mint aero now that just cures everything.

actually any kind of drink will help you to relax,,,,, when you are nervous or anxious try to sit down or lay down,,, a glass of water will put off you anger and a cup of tea? you are not going to drink it at once are you? you gonna probably sit down and relax and talk to somebody,,, and NICE is a nice trick to make you accept the invitation,,,,, and believe me what make a nice cup of tea is not the tea or the cup but the atmosphere surrounding it "people, music, calm,,,,,"

Tea is the best. Everyone knows this. It sooths you and makes you feel better when you're down because you get a sense of belonging from doing a very British thing. Also, i bet your Mum used to make you tea when you were younger. It's like soup when you're ill of some really yummy treacle sponge pudding or something. It's like a comfort food.
