Hell yeah! What part of UK are you in? London has loads of South African shops where you can get biltong. Go to Leytonstone. There is also definitely a shop in Willesden and I've seen a stall selling biltong at Covent Garden. Or if you are really stuck, google it, I know there is an internet shop in the UK that sells biltong and other SA stuff.
You can definitely buy biltong at Selfridge's Food Hall in Oxford Street. I have.
