Ref the news story today, I wonder whether it is possible to cook and eat pelican?

I suppose if you ordered it at a restraunt the bill would be enormous :-). And if you couldn't pay you'd be up before the beak.

3 1/2 oz. Grapefruit juice
1 1/4 oz vodka ( or hootch of your choosing)
1/4 oz lime juice
dash grenadine
1 dash lemon juice
Shake well and serve on the rocks
