I'm over 35 but have not heard of those candies. I'm from the mid-west. What part of the country do these candies come from.
I remember spangles - they sold them in Woolworths not long ago, not sure about the other ones though.
RAE - those chew bars are Wham bars, they sell them in Jet Petrol Stations and Spar shops - go find some!!
Don't remember arrow bars and my late husband owned a sweet shop. I do remember spangles and milk tray. What about Black Jacks and flying saucers and the sherbet fountains. Who remembers Jublies the frozen ice cartons which always left your mouth and fingers stained.
Yeah i remember them all, Also jambouree bags, Curly wurlys when they were huge,Wagon wheels when they looked like they would fit on a wagon rather than being the size of a coaster. I also remember the Frys mint bars which were basically the same as the assorted flavour cremes but mint all the way through. And the one thing i miss most of all..Love Heart Ice creams. Shaped like a heart covered in chocolate and with a strawberry centre. They were just divine ..i'm filling up now with nostalgic tears.lol
