Ronald McDonald and Mickey Mouse were trying to make some hallucinagenic drugs in the basement of the 3 stooges party palace late on a friday night.. they came up with this stuff called water.. mass produced it and tossed it all out the window in frustration for their invention gone wrong.. trial and error.. I wonder if they ever got it right, and if so, did you get your hands on some? I think I know the answer..
