Peanut Butter Cookies made by this recipe. It is so simple and they are so goooood!! 1 cup crunchy peanut butter, 1 egg, and 1 cup sugar. Roll into balls, place on cookie sheet, flatten with fork and sprinkle tops with sugar, bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. So yummy!
