Hendersons Relish is a spicy and fruity condiment A preparation similar in many respects to Worcestershire sauce but as it contains no anchovies it is considered a vegetarian alternative. Produced in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, some adherents favour it out of regional loyalty as much as taste.

try soy sauce, there are many different types, each with a different flavor
Heinz *almost* is vegetarian, save for the anchovies. I might just check the grocery aisles and see if there aren't brands that don't contain the little fishies. I'd think there'd be at least 1-2 brands, maybe in the health section...

Annie's Naturals makes one (http://www.anniesnaturals.com/pages/nutr. I've never actually tried it, but all her products I have have been great. You can probably find it either in the Health Food section of your Tops, Wegmans, Price Chopper, etc or in a local Health Food store (you may be able to find one near you at http://www.newdream.org/consumer/farmers.
