Stew is a quick option. Sandwiches is another. Whatever you do, don't overcook the meat.

if its Lamb slice some smallish pieces and dip them in a bit of beaten egg then fry in some vegetable oil. If your worried about the fat simply rest on kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil.
Fry up the veg and serve "Bubble and Squeak" style. You don't really need to use fat with this if you have a half decent non-stick pan.
Perhaps you no do anything with them as you need to spend all the time you can on improving your targetted marketing.
Why would Sainsbury's want to include this question in a Vegetarian and Vegan section ?
Shame on you for having any sunday leftovers. Its bad enough that you kill the animals, let alone not use them afterwards. I guess putting meat on the table and then not eating it means you kill for sport eh ?
Cold roast beef.
You must make sure that you have some good gravy left over as well.
Finely slice a large onion and fry it lightly in a little oil till transparent.
Place thin slices of cold beef in a buttered ovenproof dish alternated with layers of fried onion.
Pour the cold gravy over the top.
Cover the whole lot with a layer of grated Cheddar cheese.
Bake in a moderate oven 160C. for about 40 min. until cheese bubbles.
This is so good it's worth roasting more beef than you need in order to do it.
you could make beef stew if you still had any of the juices from it cooking..
This sounds horrible but I remember staying with a friend and her mother did this with leftover roast beef. She cut it in strips, sliced up tinned new potatoes and put if over the beef in a casserole dish and covered the whole lot with a tin of campbells condensed cream of celery soup. Warmed it through in the oven - it was delicious!
Put leftover spuds and veg into soup!
Risotto

Stick everything into a big pot with some beef or chicken stock. Have yourself a wonderful chunky soup for those cold winter days.

Roast Beef Spread for Sandwiches
This is a delicious way to use roast beef. Feel free to change the amount of mayonnaise to moisten to your taste. Instead of making sandwiches, you could serve the spread with crackers for a party, along with chopped red onion in a separate dish.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound cooked roast beef
1/4 cup coarsely chopped onion
1/4 cup coarsely chopped celery
1/2 cup bread and butter pickles
1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise
pickle juice, to taste
1/2 teaspoon onion powder, optional
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
sliced red onion, for topping
lettuce, for topping
sliced wheat or white bread
PREPARATION:
Put beef and onion, celery, and pickles through a meat grinder with the coarse plate, or mince the ingredients or process in a food processor until evenly chopped. Add remaining ingredients, with enough mayonnaise and pickle juice to taste and moisten as desired.
Serve as a spread for crackers or melba rounds or as a spread for sandwiches. Toast the bread, if desired, and then spread with a little butter or mayonnaise. Add lettuce leaves; spread a layer of the beef spread over the lettuce, then top with sliced red onion.
Makes enough for 6 to 8 sandwiches.
enjoy
yer definitely fry it up so its really crispy.
Depends on what it is. But most of time have it cold in sandwiches or minced up with baked beans and jacket potato.
Sometimes bubble/squeak
mash up all the left overs add salt and pepper a splash of woster sauce and fry for 10 mins each side
Risotto
