1 bowl all bran, skimmed milk 1/2 grapefruit
sardines on toast, bowl of homemade tomato and lentil soup
tesco healthy living pizza
bowl of onken lite yogurt
apple
strawberries
and walls light ice-cream 2 scoops. also 8 glasses of water and 4 cups of tea that OK..
I had a bagel. mmmmm!

Hmm, well I live in Korea and the time here is 1:35am which may help explain how much I've eaten and exactly why I ate such bizarre foodstuffs!
So, breakfast was yesterdays Pizza Hut that I couldn't finish: one slice Extrema, 2 slices Potato (cheesey crust).
Lunch was noodles with black bean sauce.
Missed dinner so am now snacking on semi-dried squid..
As for drinks, had a little water then started drinking soju, which is like vodka, but made from rice!
