If you ate a diet of nothing but peanut butter and banana sandwiches fried in deep fat evryday ..?
and be high for ever?
Answers:
You'd either die of heart failure or need a quintuple bypass within three weeks
that sounds like fun to me - unless you have a peanut allergy
That would gross me out--- is there such recipe? Um, lose weigh?! lol.
you'd be sick!!
it sounds fowwwwlllllllll but each 2 there own eh!
I don't know, but you would certainly pebble dash the bog!
I'll never know as I am allergic to bananas. >sigh<
no you would die on the crappa just like Elvis
That's the diet I've been on for the last 16 years. Nothing wrong to report here, but I am now 4 foot wide and only 6 inches tall. Apart from that, all's well.
No, but you'd end up looking like Elvis (towards the end of his life).
I don't think that you would lose weight I think very highly that you would gain weight. Peanut Butter and fried is very fattening
I am afraid the food group consist of more than that. Deep fried anything will kill you, so I guess unless you have been a bad boy you may get to go high.
I doubt it?
LOL you will be fat, fat, fat!
It worked for Elvis!
you would start to look like Elvis in his later days. You would be high in heaven
I grilled a peanut butter and banana sandwich once. It was very tasty but the peanut butter sort of melted. I think that I'll try it again and just grill the bread with the banana and add the peanut butter after it comes out of the pan.
yuck fat fatter and fk fat
you'd get obese and die
and that sounds really unappetizing
Not exactly what I would call a balanced diet, but both the bananas and the peanut butter are pretty good for you. Don't deep fry it, though, it only adds nasty fats.
Try adding some lettuce and tomato as well as some other fruits. Swede and sprouts should go well, too. Are you a veggie?
Okay, I'm teasing - the same way that you are.
DIE OF A HEART ATTACK
you would weigh a ton!You would be clogging your arteries..And who in there right mind would want to eat nothing but that all the time?
Protein from the peanuts.
Carbs from the bread and banana.
Fats from the frying fat.
Sounds balanced enough to me.
You would clog your arteries up in record time, and die early of a heart attack or massive stroke.
No!
Unfortunately both the bread and peanuts are high in Carbohydrates. Carbohydrates turn into sugar, which turns into body fat.hence you would gain weight!
If your goal is to loose weight I wouldn't recommend this diet at all. I would stick to salads, meat, cheese, and dairy to keep your weight under control and also to shed a few pounds.
Hi
No way ,please try to eat healthy and try a plan like this one so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
