How do you make sugar free candyfloss at home?
with basic kitchen equipment? It's 10 points to the best candyfloss. Love candyfloss but it's so bloody expensive and yes I'd like to make one with artificial sweetener.

Here's a recipie for sugar free(candy floss) cotton candy cookies
Ingredients:
Three egg whites (beaten stiff)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar replacement or granulated fructose
2 teaspoons orange oil (or your favorite oil)
1 teaspoon orange rind (grated)
Directions:
Beat sugar replacement, orange oil and rind into the stiff egg whites.
Drop onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 325-degrees for eight to ten minutes.
Remove from pan immediately.
Yield: 36 cookies
Calories per piece: 48
Exchange: Six cookies with sugar replacement: Negligible
Calories: Six cookies with sugar replacement: 10
Exchange: Six cookies with fructose: 1/5 fruit
Calories: Six cookies with fructose: 22

You can't make it out of a sweetener - it's made of melted strands of sugar. It only takes a little bit of sugar to make a big ball of it, but you need a candy floss machine to make it - you can buy home ones now.
im pretty shure that candyfloss is sugar and artifical flavoring that is injected with air and spunn around so it cannot be made without sugar.

Your best bet would be to find out how to make the real kind, then substitute Splenda realizing that the finished product would have 60-75% of the sugar recipe volume.

Candy Floss is sugar ,impossible to do it without.You also need a candy Floss machine which retail at about £30.I have one,its really great,the kids love it.
