Why are bunches of bananas always in odd numbers?
Answers:
it's all about Phi. The Divine proportion. From this we get fractals. Hence you have 5 fingers, 5 toes. Also 2 arms, 2 legs and a torso (5). You have 2 eyes, 2 ears and a nose (5). Most leaves have 5 petals that's why everything in your life is bananas.
i found a bunch today with 6 bananas
you have too much time on your hands..and i dont know
just out of interest..do u go around the supermarkets and count the bananas on the bunches? oh god u r sad.
no particular reason.it just happens like that.lol.i just tot UV DAT!
becuse of the way they sit on each other
Generally a "hand" of bananas is four on the bottom, with three more nestled on top
Are they? I usually think the bunches are too big and so just rip off however many bananas I want - which admittedly is usually 3. So maybe you're right.
More importantly, what on earth made you feel the need to ask this question, and even more importantly why did I feel the need to answer it? I really need to go to bed.
The real question is: Why do you count bananas?
there not
They tear one off each bunch to use as a sacrifice to the tarantula Gods, so that nobody is harmed in the harvest, and the bananas are tarantula-egg free.
I don't know, but i do know that I'll spend all day tomorrow counting.
yoo have just been lucky that is all, "why do all supermarket chickens weigh exactly the same?" that was the question you were supposed to pose!!!durrrr brane !!!!!!!1
Nature, look at flowers - they almost always have an odd number of petals. Nature likes odd numbers, why do you think the four-leaf clover is so elusive? There is a good scientific reason for this but I've forgotten it!
