How do you cook scrambled egg without burning the bottom of the pot?
Answers:
I used to cook them on the stove top until I cooked them in the microwave once and since then I have never cooked them on the stove top again. They come out so light and fluffy,
beaten eggs, butter, 2 tablespoon of cream, salt and pepper to taste. cook them for 1 minute stir and cook them again for another 1minute if you like your eggs on the firm side stir them again and cook for another minute.
Just keep stirring it
Turn your heat down and use a nonstick spray, butter or some type of oil.
Sounds like your heat is way too high, though.
Do it in a Microwave, Perfect
keep sturing them do not walk away and leave it that sounds a very good idea to me I have 3 eggs left
don't have the gas on too high !
Lower heat works well for eggs. Also some butter in the pan.
i use a nonstick spray or butter, but that doesn't work half as well as a spatula. there's just no easy way.
Make sure you use plenty of butter and keep the heat low to medium. It's probably sticking because your heat is too high.
turn your heat down, use some sort of oil, butter, or non stick spray, keep stiring
get a non-stick pan that will help to stop burning at the bottom the pan. ps don't foget to put butter first ..
butter the bottom of the pan or use a non stick cooking spray. Scramble the egg in a seperate bowl and pour the scramble egg.
Either use a non-stick skillet OR scramble the eggs in a microwable bowl and microwave them!
Just turn down the heat and keep the eggs moving around the pan.
Medium heat with a few drops of oil, spray, or drippings from bacon/sausage
cook over a medium to medium low heat and stir every 10 seconds or so
Use a non-stick frying pan! or put a bit of oil or butter in the pot first!
low and slow cooking at first, raise heat at the end. Don't stir the eggs, gently fold them. Take the eggs out when they look just a little under done. By the time you fold them once or twice and put them on your plate, they will have finished cooking.
Use a non-stick pan.
You probably have the heat up too high. I actally cook my eggs on medium heat, it does take longer but I like my eggs soft and sooked slowly instead of quickly. I add a little milk and usually I use EVOO or Smart Balance butter to coat the pan. I whisk the eggs and add just a bit of milk and whisk that all together and then i pour it in. You have to watch it bc you don't want it to cook for too long or for the sides to crust over. I am constantly shifing it so nothing sticks and it is all fluffy and softly scrambled. Good Luck, you can do it. (smile)
three eggs2/4 butter low heat stir
non-stick pan and turn down the heat
Add a tiny amount of olive oil
microwave it - it comes out really fluffy too
why not try doing it without the pot.
First, make sure that the pan is well greased. Second, medium heat. Third, turn off the fire when the eggs are mostly solid. The extra heat from the pan is enough to cook the rest.
Also, important . use a PAN and not a POT. A pot is too deep to cook properly and you can't slide the eggs off onto a plate.
Heat the pan up before cooking. Have enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan using a medium temperature. and keep watching it.
you cook it in the microwave
microwave, just add pinch of salt knob of butter drop of milk and nuke till set
cook them in the microwave
keep whisking.
I make a mix of the eggs and some milk never had a problem but I use olive oil not butter I tried 2 use butter once and that did start 2 burn mainly I think because the burning point of butter is quite low compared 2 the heat required to cook the eggs
