Yes, there is a game you can buy for the PC, where you can design and make your own Theme Parks. Its called "Roller Coaster Tycoon 3".
You can also design and even ride on the roller coasters that you make, and even have lots of people walking around your theme park you make, and you hear them screaming and shouting when riding your coasters!
Its a really cool game and alot of fun. You can also save your Theme Parks, and load them the next time you want to play. You can even send them to friends, so they can see the Theme Park you made (but they will need to have the game too).
