If there are, they are illegal. Mario is a copyrighted figure and so are all of the games featuring him. If someone besides Nintento is offering Mario games online for free, they are breaking the law, and if you are playing them, you risk legal repercussions.
That being said, I'm sure they do exist. However, I'm not going to go looking for them, and I'd suggest not looking for them on here, as your questions are monitored and illegal activity, however minor it may seem to you, may be reported.
