What do i need to do to climb ben Nevis Safely and with ease?
even thou I have 2 stick 2 a strict time line can I have time 2 stop and enjoy the view. Should I were light clothing at the foot of Ben Nevis and then as I begin the climb put on the weather-proof clothing. The reason I am asking this question is. the last time I put on 3 tee-shirts and a jumper + water-Proofs and felt I over-heated to quickly.

I did it in normal jeans and a light jacket. I got a bit nippy at the top and my feet got wet from the snow, but it aint that hard. I'd take water proof trousers, hiking boots, wooly jumper, water proof jacket, scarf, gloves and a hat for maximum comfort.
Summer months are best. It'll take about 4 hours up and 4 hours down. There were people in their 80s doing it when I was doing it, it's that easy.
Take a mobile and a whistle & torch, as well as enough sandwhiches for a night spent there, just in case you get lost. People do die on it, but they tend to be during winter snowstorms.
It also gets really wet as you pass through the clouds.
Get professional breathable mountaineering clothing, you won't regret the expenditure.
