Do you have any ideas for on-stage games to entertain the audience? children and adults.?

tell them that under one of the chairs that they are sitting on is a ticket that guarantees one of them to win £100 so that they all look under there chairs with excitement, then afterwards ask if anyone has found it and when no one claims the prize tell them all it was a joke.i had it happen to me.it was funny but we all fell for it.you have to really milk it and make them believe that its a genuine competition!
we just came back from a uk campsite and was entertained greatly with the banana game.basically you get 3 guys up and blindfold em.tell each of them they have to eat whatever it is you give them.unblindfold 2 of em and the third you give him a banana..then another and so on until he is stuffed..give him the prize for being such a good sport.the crowd will be in stitches
We always enjoyed a game of "Flog the Dolphin". Great fun.
fixed bingo is fun.

give everyone a bingo ticket that has the same numbers on it and play as normal bingo, when the last number is drawn you get a room full of people shouting bingo.
In response to 'enigma's' answer; I've played fixed bingo before and it went down very well with the audience.
The winner was to win one of those big tin of chocs (i.e celebrations / quality street and so forth).
We all had a bingo card (with not too many numbers or else it takes too long..there was about 16 i think).
Make sure that the cards are not all the same.
There is one number that is on everybody's card (keep that til last).
All the other numbers are called out in random order.
Then you've just got that one number left which you've kept aside. When you read out that final number everybody shouts 'bingo'.it's hilarious.
Then you open the tin of sweets and throw them (not the tin) around the audience.
If it's a large audience you might have to get more than one tin, or a different prize to share as suits.
Try it, it's good fun.
