depends on what ur using to blow the balloons up with (pump,generator,lungs etc.)

A lot if you have good lungs. Unfortuately I have asthma so it would take me that long to manage just 1.
well it sounds like you need to do a good ol science experiment.
Get a stop watch and see how many balloons it takes you to blow up in one min. and times that number by five and there you have how many balloons in five min.
Really it depends on how your lund g works. Give it a try. Then see how many you really can. Plus I would get tired because my cheeks will start to hurt.
