Help on runescape?

i have forgotten my password and would like it back whats the best way 2 perswade the staff for it back?

i'm afraid unless you remember yor pasword your charcter is stuck in the land of rs. or why not use the recovery questions if you haven't sent any tut tut.

now i must get to lumbridge
if u had recovery questions then its easy to get them back but if u dont im afraid u wont get it back.
if you can remember any pass passwords then you can select the Lost Password Option and then you'd have to give a good enough reason for them to give you your password back, its not very hard to do. I've lost my password acouple of times. Its also works great if your trying to take a friends account and you knew some of their old passwords ;)
