In world of warcraft, what does the quest recieved at level 40 for a warlock to capture a nether stead entail?

If I am correct, I think you just need to meet a guy in Ratchet.
All things considered, pretty easy (I should have started with a Warlock, would've saved me the grinding for "mount-money")

You have to talk to the man in ratchet to get the quest then follow the instructions and then you should have your felsteed.
