The Wii has integrated wireless, I don't think you'll be needing the wi-fi USB connector. But incase you do not have a wireless router there will be a USB ethernet port available for sale as a Wii peripheral.
In theory then yes. I say in theory as all the wifi connecter dose is broadcast a weak wifi signal. so if you put the wii close enough, then i suppose it would work
