great question! with all the rip offs, even muggings, ascoiated with ebay, the massive bad press about paypal.its great to see so many posts starting "apart from ebay"..
I hate it, its risky, they dont care, ask lots of personal and banking details, (far more than they need) and basically an on line junk shop, dealing with fraudsters and people you've never heard of.
