If you mean commercial games like the Sims or Call of duty then no, these games are so large these days the cost for somone to host them and distribute them is huge and for them to do it for free just isnt going to happen. No one is going to pay for you to download games.
The cost of storage is high, the cost of bandwidth so you can actually download them is really expensive. How much does your 2mb home ADSL cost? for somone to distrubute this stuff will cos them thousands to buy a 100mb line and whos going to pay? Not you as you want it for free.
If all else fails try google seach. But you could break a habit of a lifetime by not being a tight git and buy one
