Which side of the bed is best to sleep on ?Left or right?
Answers:
In the middle, stretched out and taking up the whole mattress and duvet.
God - I love being single.
its best to sleep on your back.
the side nearest the wall. then you can push your other out if there crap
i always sleep on the left side, but im left handed so its easier to reach over and hit the snooze button or grab a smoke.
If you are right handed, your most likely to fall of on the left side of the bed, and if your left handed, you will most likely fall of the right side of the bed. . . so : if you are left handed sleep on the left side of the bed and if your right handed sleep on the right hand side of the bed
On the right nearest the door - dont know if this has any significance
I sleep on the side away from the wall, if there is a wall! I hate feeling closed in on.but if my man wishes for that side and he is very sweet to me then I will swap with him! Only for the night though or the next roll around..haha! lol

Actually, it is best to sleep on your belly with your head turned towards the left. That is so cozy.
The middle!!
i hope the right lol that is the side i sleep on!
i don't care as long as i'm not near the door, at least then i won't be the first to be killed.
Always left for some strange reason. And my boyfriend prefers to sleep on the right..
it doesn't matter which side of the bed, but if you sleep on the edge of the bed it's easier to drop off!
There is no specific best side
it depends which wasy your bed faces
Always the right side of the bed, however, my husband also loves that side of the bed so its his.
the opposite side to me
males- right. females- left
Hindu mythology clearly states that men sleeping on their left side live healthier
Women sleeping on their right side live healthier
I sleep on the side nearest the door. I only use a thin strip down the edge of the bed, I have a single bed and am thinking of getting one of those 3/4 width beds as a normal one is wasting space.
In the middle spread out like a star fish two nights a week, and on the left the other 5 (when Im sharing with my boyf) as he is right handed so it works out better for us to be on those sides in bed when we get jiggy if you know what i mean
I always sleep on the side nearest the door.. I hadn't noticed this till it was pointed out. it was then pointed out that this is comman in men and they want "to guard the cave entrance". Probably quite useful when they get prostate trouble later in life too.
I sleep on the left. Always have. I even stay on that side when my partner isn't there. It's just more comfortable
If you sleep by yourself in the middle. If you share a bed then on whatever side your other half leaves you.
The side nearest the window
I'm sorry, but how can there be a BETTER side (the sides are only two!) when you perfectly know that during the night you turn several times and change positions? Like anybody else does, obviously. We don't rest like a corpse, when we sleep! So I think you can start whichever position and side you want, you'll certainly change it after a few hours or even less. Have a good night!
neither one because in the middle suits me the best
WTF
Too many unknown variables - where is the bed positioned relative to the door/wall/window? If it's ideally positioned - halfway between 2 walls, with the door opposite - then right side for right-handed people, left side for left-handed. If you sleep with someone else and you are lucky, there is one of each (right- and left-handed!). If the bed is closer to one wall and the door is opposite, then it depends on whether you opt for security (by the wall - think animals who like to keep their back to the wall) or escape (by the door). A psychological puzzle.
my best side of the bed is my left, But you have to change postion every so often through the night. helps your kidneys and bladder.
