Which is or going to be better? Championship Manager 2007 or Football Manager 2007 for the PC??
What are the games like? and which ones best?

This ones easy. It iwill have to be FM2007. The games play is more like the older Champ manager games prior to the company split. Dont be dragged into buying the Champ manager game because of the name. Footie manager all the way. Plus it is easier to cheat on FM !!
There's no question; it's FM all the way. Eidos have sullied the ChampMan name since the split.

Do you prefer the Championship Manager Series orr do the Football Manager series appeal more to you?
I have been playing both for years. I first started with CM, which was taking the PC soccer market by storm. The game was simply addictive and fun to play. FM was always a decent second option during the late90's for me but for the past couple of years, things have changed.
I am now a big fan of Football manager, in my own personal opinion the game play is more realistic, frequency of goals, purchasing of new players, stadium enhancments etc are more like reality.
CM lost its edge after being too sophisticated in their game design. It feels too fake, too complicated, so many menus and options. Takes a long time to master.
