In animal crossing wild world, how do I get the shovel?
Tom Nook won't sell it to me as I am an employee of his shop, also how do I earn money, he doesn't seem to pay me!
Answers:
Finish running your errands for Tom Nook, (they shouldn't take too long) and then you will be able to purchase things from his shops. You will then be able to buy a shovel provided he has it in stock in his shop (his items change daily).
To get a golden shovel you should then buy another shovel and use it to bury your first shovel, leave it buried for 24 hours, dig it up and your buried shovel will now be gold.
