i think i have found the website which does mean free just register and add recruits the more you get the more free stuff you earn so far i have had 2x 200g chocolate 3x £15 cheques and i am still going

If you want free that really means free chexk out the recycle websites for your area. People offer things they dont want anymore for free, but you might have to collect.
