Why is it that when ladies are passing by men they feel shy?

How would you feel if a bunch of gross men where looking at you and commenting? I know you a guy, and that is my point, you probably assume that women feel the same way about guys as guys feel about them. You would be flattered if it was women doing it but if it was guys you probably wouldn't. I think most women feel that way when guys do that kinda Icky.
They feel stared at and feel that the men are being intrusive, "undressing them with their eyes"?
