The official launch of the ps3 in Europe is the 17th November 2006
it is comeing out on 17th November 2006 in USA and Europe
Sony stated in Summer 2006 that it would be released on the 17th November this year in a Europe-wide launch, about a week after japan and USA. However it won't be 100% reliable since Sony usually go back on their word. But any delay after the 17th won't be much.
