Any landlord/Agent out there who accepts DSS rent in the South West of London?

Get the message! NO DSS! That's because Landlords don't want a lazy, Messy, lay-about messing up the place! probably taking drugs and drinking with other dregs in there flat. Would you? also your a landlord for a reason! The money! if you can't afford the rent then why should Landlords give you the time of day!
Sort your self out. Find a job anyone can Temp doing something I had to clean Toilets last year for less than £5 an hour. I had more pride than to claim any form of benefit! You have no pride if you are a sponge its as good as begging on the train at Waterloo!
Once you have an income save a deposit and rent a room and build your self up from there. Don't go out drinking, Smoking drugs or what ever got you in this situation. You owe it to your self to make yourself respectable! Next year you what a shop assistant to call you "Sir" instead of calling for security!
