Sounds like Jasmine but you can take a piece to your garden centre and ask them. Or you could take a cutting from the one you have, they will advise you on how to do this also.
As the other person said it sounds like Jasmine but could also be clemetis. If it has leaves that look quite like ivy leaves it is probably Jasmine. But I am sure if you go to a good nursery they will be able to advise you.

You have not mentioned that the vine is perfumed so would not say that this is a species of Jasmine, asJasmine is well know for its strong sweet scent and has small pink buds fading as the flower opens, also it doesnt have a yellow centre. I
If there is no scent then its more likely to be a variety of Solium jasminoides, as you say it has a yellow centre its probably Solium jasminoides" album".
I would advise you to take a specimen of the plant to your Garden Centre, someone there will be able to identify it for you .
There is a species of Clematis also that is evergreen, but very unlike it is that as its flowers are a lot larger than one 1cm and more petals

Take cuttings, strip lower leaves, put in clear container of water to see if it will root. 1 - 2 weeks.

As many other people said it is probably jasmine. To confirm this smell it when it blooms, if it is jasmine then it will be extremely fragrant
