Sound slike a shop setting, most electrical equipment has some kind of demo mode that sees the lights and display flashing away so people can see what the machine does before buying - you'll probably have seen it on hi-fi equipment more than anything.

Appears you set it to normal mode by holding "on/off" and "reset" together, until the display says "d off".

Found it by searching the internet, would you believe?
Contact to Company's Service Centre
1. Switch dishwasher on pressing the standby button until the LED display is on
2. cancel any program that has been selected by pressing start/reset button
3. Press and hold simultaneously the standby start/reset buttons simultaneously `D OF` will appear momentarily in the display this will then be replaced by four dashes ----
4. The dishwasher can then be programmed as normal. Good Luck !
Take it back where you bought it, or simply give them a call and see if they can assist you over the phone. If they delivered the wrong one, they should take it back and bring you a suitable replacement, and I would insist on no further delivery charges.
