Who has to pay for a THINK TANK on poppies?

I think it is ridiculous that they actually put on a think tank for that issue. Typical weird church and weird politicans.
And of course its the tax payers who will pay that think. I think the church doesnt pay taxes, well I know it, and they are always the ones who start these senseless debates. Them or the politicians. I'm fed up now :)
