What would be the going rent for..a flat..?

How do you work out a rent for your property when it is exceptionally well furnished and is a place l with high security inside..a flat like something from a US glamour film.

Answers:
Is flat fully furnished? What sort of tenancy is to be granted Assured Shorthold/Periodic? Is flat or whole building structually sound? Where is it located in centre of large connerbation or 'out in the sticks' If the latter, how good (frequent) is local public transport? What amenities nearby if any (for instance how close to shops, theatres, cinemas restaurants, pubs, nightclubs Etc, etc)? Is it ground floor or a high rise flat or basement? What other properties in the area are rented and what is comparable rent of those properties?

These are some of the questions you need to answer (for yourself) when you consider either renting or letting properties. I'm sure there are other questions (which I have perhaps overlooked) and I am sure others will give equally good questions to raise in attempting to answer your query.
My friend pays about 40 pound rent on his flat, I think. Hope that helps.
It depends if you have to replace the tyre..or just repair it.
it depends on where the flat is located . . unfurnished flats in New York for example might run for $1,000 a month or more
you could ask an agent? or look in the ads in the paper and check what the going rate is. you could even view a few to help you out.
You need to find out what other flats in the area are going for then decide if yours is nicer than them or equal too. You can base your rent on that.
about 250 pounds per week
