Whats the best way to get emulsion of stained wooden window and door frames without scratching ?
Answers:
Soak the emulsion with hot soapy water, get an old sponge type scourer, and gently scour it off.
Or buy brush some brush cleaner from any DIY store, its blue and comes in a bottle, put that on the emuslion, and wash off.
It will remove the emulsion, and not the stain, it is very good.
use a primer

There`s a few ways of doing this depends how patient you are?
Wire wool, light sandpaper, Paint stripper, Vinegar? soap & water, Elbow grease.check your local D.I.Y store.
If it is emulsion then warm soapy water will do it
Nitro-Mors - not sure if its spelt correctly but it sounds like that if you ask for it at a DIY store, u paint it on and wait then it takes the paint off but is kind to the wood.
I would say the best and most economic off the shelf in a store that you can get.
